These terms govern the use of the Kualli service, operated by BRIAN LOPEZ MEDINA: an artificial intelligence assistant that attends real estate agents' prospects on WhatsApp and a dashboard to follow up with them.
The service
The assistant replies to people who write to the agent's WhatsApp number, guides them based on the inventory the agent registers and gives the agent a summary of each prospect. The agent can take over any conversation at any time.
Permitted use
Messages started by the service (reminders and campaigns) may only be sent to contacts who gave their consent, using templates approved by Meta, and always honoring opt-outs. The agent is responsible for obtaining that consent. The service may not be used to send bulk messages to contacts without consent, unsolicited advertising or content that breaks WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.
The agent is responsible for keeping their listings' information (prices, availability, features) accurate and up to date.
Scope of information
The assistant pre-qualifies and guides, but does not approve loans or give binding legal, tax or financial advice. Final terms of any deal are agreed directly with the agent.
